and how consistency survives when motivation disappears.
My work is centred on designing non-negotiable personal operating systems.
Not ideas to agree with.
Not habits to experiment with.
Not routines to “try for a while”.
Systems.
Systems that decide in advance.
Systems that remove emotional debate at the point of action.
Systems that make execution predictable instead of aspirational.
This approach is not comfortable.
It is not flexible.
And it is not designed to adapt to mood or preference.
It is designed to hold.
